Refund policy

At Stickez, we are committed to providing high-quality products that match the specifications of your order. Please note that we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations for change of mind under any circumstances.


Return Eligibility

We offer a 14-day return window commencing from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in unused, original condition, and in its original, undamaged packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase must be provided
  • A return request must be submitted in writing to info@stickez.com.au within 14 days of delivery, including:
    • Your order number
    • A clear and detailed description of the issue
    • Photographic evidence where applicable


Authorisation for any return is granted solely at our discretion following assessment of the circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse any return request that does not comply with this policy.


Non Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Accidental purchases or incorrect selections
  • Items that have been opened, used, damaged, or are not in original condition
  • Products returned without prior written approval
  • Requests to cancel an order after it has been placed
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalised, customised, or made-to-order products


Returns Process

If a return is approved:

  • The item must be returned strictly in accordance with the instructions provided
  • The customer is fully responsible for the cost of return shipping
  • We accept no liability for items lost or damaged in transit, and such returns will not be processed or refunded
  • Unauthorised returns will be refused and returned to sender


We reserve the right to reject any returned item that does not meet the stated return conditions or that shows signs of misuse, tampering, or alteration.


Remedies and Refunds

We are under no obligation to provide a refund. Where a return is assessed and approved, we will determine and offer an appropriate remedy at our discretion, which may include a repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the nature of the issue.


Where a refund is offered, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of confirmation. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to complete the transaction.
